He feels the best way of delivering this trust is to export UK best practice, training and competency, systems and controls, the highest standards of professionalism and best technology platforms to the rest of the world.
This expectation of excellence is reflected in his membership of The Institute of Financial Services, Chartered Institute of Insurance, Personal Finance Society, Institute of Personnel and Development and the Skinners Livery Company.
Outside work, Sam is a married family man with keen interests in tennis, polo and chess. He is a graduate of king's College, University of London and served as an officer in The Household Cavalry Regiment (The Life Guards).
Working alongside Sam at the helm of AES International is chief operations officer John Viney (COO).
John's role is crucial as he delivers the firm's services to business partners.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, the Personal Finance Society, and the Institute of Personnel and Development, he also served as an officer in The Household Cavalry Regiment (The Blues and Royals).
Away from the office John works hard on behalf of his charity, the Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation, that supports veterans and raises awareness of the plight of vulnerable ex-servicemen and women.
Pippa Miller is the AES International chief finance officer (CFO)handling human resources, IT, client services, finance and compliance.
She believes outstanding customer service is at the root of any successful financial management company.
After graduating from Kings College, London, Pippa joined the media arm of communications company WWP, before moving to HSBC Bank.
Out of work, Pippa enjoys keeping fit and playing netball.
